Students must first be assessed in order to be placed in the classes suitable for their level. This entails an evaluation of their off-hand reading, writing and speaking skills.
After being assessed, students will be placed in the classes with students in the same level. At English Etc, students are often placed based on their capabilities and not their ages.
Language progression is different for every child. Once a student outgrows a class, changing classes to find a more suitable level may become a possibility if the teacher thinks so.

Through reading, not only can students improve vocabulary and comprehension skills, it also builds general knowledge and creativity.

Build confident writing pieces by mastering grammar, sentence structures, spelling and expressive expression.

Speaking can improve fluency, pronunciation and communication skills through discussions, reading aloud and speaking activities.

Listening can not only build focus but also pronunciation skills.

Students can develop the ability to question, and evaluate information thoroughly, allowing them to solve problems and think independently.
